An animation about Heinola Sawmill Machinery’s 250-400 chipper/canter – circular saw line. The first unit in the sawline is the log rotating unit, followed by chipper canter and profiling unit. After the circular saw the cant is turned 90 degrees ja it goes to another chipper canter followed by a profiling unit. The splitting saw has 6 settable blades and an additional 6 blades. Dimension sorting plants

Video shows an animation about a green sorting plant. This plant has horizontal bins and at the end of it there is a sticker stacker machine. In the beginning of the line the is a quality grading system based on automated camera grading. In the lay-out is also used curved conveyors. (Duration 2:32)

Types of kiln

This video highlights the principles of chamber kilning. The chamber is filled with goods from the sticker stacker machine with a forklift. Arrows depict the air direction.
